How to order
- Choose your portrait style and canvas size.
- Select Open photo uploader.
- Choose Upload Image, add your dog’s photo, position it and select Save. This portrait does not require text.
- Add the portrait to your cart and complete your order.
- We check your photo and send your portrait into production. If we need a clearer photo, we’ll email you; otherwise, you’ll receive tracking when it ships.
Choose a good photo
- Use a sharp, well-lit photo taken at your dog’s eye level.
- Make sure the full face, both eyes and both ears are visible.
- Avoid screenshots, filters, social-media downloads and blurry photos.
- Avoid heavy shadows or anything covering your dog’s face.
File requirements
- Recommended: JPG/JPEG or PNG
- Also accepted: BMP
- Not accepted: HEIC, WebP or PDF
- The shorter side of the image must be at least 2000 pixels.
- Example: 3000 × 2000 px is suitable; 3000 × 1500 px is too small.
- For the 40 × 60 cm and 45 × 60 cm canvases, at least 3000 pixels on the shorter side is recommended.

Will it look like my dog?
Your portrait is made from the photo you upload, so a sharp, well-lit photo gives the closest likeness. Your dog’s face and markings come from your photo; the costume and background come from the style you choose. We check every photo before production and will ask for a better one if needed.
Is it painted by hand?
No. Your portrait is digitally created from your photo in the style you choose, then printed on canvas.
Does it come framed?
No, it’s supplied unframed, so you can choose a frame that suits your room. A local framer or a ready-made frame in the matching size works well.
Which size should I choose?
20 × 25 cm suits a desk or shelf. For a wall, we recommend 40 × 60 cm or 45 × 60 cm.
Can I return it?
Because each portrait is made from your photo, we can’t accept change-of-mind returns. If it arrives damaged, faulty or not in the style and size you ordered, we’ll replace it or refund you. See our refund policy.
